The HE1000 V2 Stealth Magnets is an open-back planar magnetic headphone whose nanometre-thin diaphragm is invisible to the naked eye. Its very low mass gives fast response and little distortion. The sound gains detail, clarity and dynamics.
The layout of the Stealth Magnets lets the sound wave through without interference. The asymmetric magnet construction refines reproduction across the whole range, from 8 Hz to 65 kHz. Impedance is 32 ohms within 3 ohms, with an efficiency of 93 dB/mW.
The patented grilles protect the drivers and prevent unwanted acoustic reflections. The asymmetric polyester ear pads follow the shape of the ear and support full bass and a spacious stage. The leather headband adjusts to any head.
Two detachable 3 m cables are supplied, one with a 6.3 mm jack, the other with a 4-pin XLR for balanced amplifiers. A foam headphone stand completes the package. Without cable, the headphones weigh 458 g.
