Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment for in-stock items, and on the same day they arrive in-store for items that need to be ordered.
Delivery is handled by Swiss Post for items weighing less than 30 kg and with dimensions not exceeding 100 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm, with online tracking and delivery requiring a signature upon receipt.
For products whose weight or dimensions exceed the values mentioned above, delivery will be handled by the shipping company Planzer. For these products, the delivery time will depend on the carrier’s consolidation schedule.
You can choose Postpac Priority or Swiss “Express-Lune” delivery for delivery within 1 business day or by 9 a.m. the next day; this option incurs an additional charge.
Regardless of your delivery choice, we will send you a link that will allow you to track the progress of your order online. For packages shipped via La Poste, you will be notified when your package is picked up and of the estimated delivery time via email and/or text message, based on the information you provided during registration.
