40 mm dynamic driver

The 99 Classics features two 40 mm dynamic Mylar diaphragms with neodymium magnets, an impedance of 26 ohms, and a sensitivity of 103 dB SPL/mW at 1 kHz across a frequency response range of 15 Hz to 25 kHz. This configuration allows it to be powered directly from a smartphone or tablet, without the need for additional amplification.

Each ear cup is CNC-milled from a solid block of walnut and then hand-polished, a process that takes several days, including sanding, varnishing, and finishing. The hardware is finished in a silver tone that contrasts with the wood’s grain.
