The FiiO K13 R2R is a desktop DAC and headphone amplifier featuring a fully differential 24-bit R2R DAC, NOS/OS modes, and 2,400 mW of power.

The FiiO K13 R2R is a desktop DAC and headphone amplifier built around an R2R resistor-ladder converter designed by FiiO. This fully differential 24-bit R2R DAC features four channels of 48 thin-film resistors—192 in total—with an accuracy of 0.1% and low thermal drift (30 ppm). The fully differential architecture reduces noise for a darker background and a rich, musical sound.
The K13 R2R offers two modes: NOS (no oversampling), which preserves the original sampling rate, and OS (global oversampling at 384 kHz) for a more refined sound. It decodes PCM up to 384 kHz/32-bit and native DSD256, as well as full MQA. Serving as both a preamplifier and a power amplifier, it features a 10-band parametric equalizer accessible via the app or the web.
The fully balanced amplifier stage is based on OPA1642 and TPA6120A chips. It delivers up to 2,400 mW + 2,400 mW into 32 ohms in balanced mode, across three gain levels with independent volume curves. Headphone connectivity includes an unbalanced 6.35 mm jack and a balanced 4.4 mm jack, complemented by XLR3 and RCA line outputs. A multi-rail power supply (18 LDOs and 5 DC-DC converters) and ELNA RA3 capacitors ensure a clean power supply.
The K13 R2R features a shielded 30 W switching power supply and supports an external DC power supply (12 V) for use with a linear power supply. Bluetooth 5.4 supports LDAC reception, alongside USB, optical, and coaxial inputs. A 1.1-inch LCD screen displays the status, while dual control dials, an infrared remote control, and the FiiO Control app are used to operate the device. The aluminum chassis features RGB lighting and a skylight design. Available in black and silver.
