The FiiO FW3 are true wireless earbuds with a built-in AK4332 DAC and a 10 mm dynamic driver. They receive audio in LHDC or aptX Adaptive and last about 21 hours with their case.

The FW3 hands conversion to an independent DAC, the AKM AK4332, separate from the Bluetooth chip. FiiO specifies a signal-to-noise ratio of at least 106 dB for the DAC and amplifier stage, with distortion below 0.0016% at 1 kHz into 32 ohms.
Each earbud houses a single 10 mm dynamic driver with a carbon-based diaphragm. This light material follows transients quickly and limits diaphragm breakup, and with it distortion. The polyurethane diaphragm gasket was chosen with voices in mind, and FiiO's acoustic team tuned the response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with an impedance of 32 ohms and a sensitivity of 106 dB/mW.
The dual-core, dual-DSP Qualcomm QCC5141 chip runs the Bluetooth 5.2 link over about ten metres. It accepts the SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX Adaptive and LHDC codecs, up to 96 kHz at 24 bits. In the FiiO Control app you switch off the codecs you do not want, so the phone never falls back to a lower-quality one. Gaming mode brings latency below 100 ms.
Each earbud has two physical buttons, set at right angles to the direction of insertion: a light brush of the finger triggers nothing, unlike a touch surface. They handle playback, volume, calls and the voice assistant. The 65 mAh batteries last about 7 hours, and the 380 mAh case adds 14 hours, for 21 hours in total. The 10-band parametric equalizer in FiiO Control sets the frequency, gain and bandwidth of each band.
