The PH-1000 LINE adds to the phono preamp a line preamplifier stage operating in class A. It has its own RCA entry and its own XLR input. An auxiliary source thus finds its place without separate preamp.
As the pH-1000, this version gives access to the 18 cataloged curves, free correction and four memorizable presets. The Enhanced function applies to each, to ± 0.3 dB. The gain culminates at 65 dB moving coil, on seven levels.
The RCA and XLR outputs deliver up to 2.5 VRMS, with a 100 Ω impedance in asymmetric and 300 Ω in symmetrical. A dedicated output feeds tube-1006 tube stages and tube-1012. The headphone output in class A is retained.
The internal power supply is linear and double mono, 100 to 240 V with automatic detection. Consumption is 30 W. The PSU-1000 and PSU-1250 external power supplies are relayed for 200 or 300 W dynamic.
