The Home 200 reproduces a true stereo signal with two 25 mm tweeters and a 102 mm woofer. Three Class D amplifiers each power one driver. Bass and treble controls and a width setting tailor the sound to the room.
With no driver facing the ceiling, the Home 200 plays Dolby Atmos Music tracks through virtual processing. The processing recreates a sense of space from its three drivers. High-resolution files are supported too.
Its 140 × 140 mm base and 216 mm height fit on a shelf, a bedside table or a worktop. The speaker weighs 2.2 kg and has a built-in 100 to 240 V power supply. The built-in microphone switches off at the press of a button. It comes in Charcoal and Stone finishes.
Setup takes a few minutes in the HEOS app. Tri-band Wi-Fi up to 6 GHz, AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth cover streaming, the USB-C port plays a stick or takes an Ethernet adapter, and a 3.5 mm input remains available. Two Home 200 units form a stereo pair, and the speaker also serves as a surround rear for the Denon Home Sound Bar 550 or teams up with a HEOS subwoofer.
