The Edition XS is an open-back headphone with a planar magnetic driver. Its Stealth Magnet structure lets the sound wave pass through the magnets without creating interference. Reproduction therefore stays accurate across the whole range, from 8 Hz to 50 kHz.
The NEO Supernano diaphragm is 75 % thinner than in the brand's earlier models. This low mass makes it very responsive to changes in the signal. The result is a richly detailed image and a wide stage where every instrument is clearly placed.
The asymmetric ear pads follow the shape of the ear, and the headband adjusts to any head size. The 1.2 m cable plugs into the ear cups through two 3.5 mm sockets and ends in a 3.5 mm jack. A 6.3 mm adapter is supplied for home amplifiers.
The Edition XS delivers a musical, balanced sound with a slight touch of warmth. This transparent signature lets you listen for hours without fatigue. The 3.5 mm sockets on the ear cups are sturdy, and the cable is easy to replace if needed.
