The FiiO FH3 in black is a wired hybrid in-ear monitor (one 10 mm beryllium dynamic driver and two Knowles balanced armatures), with MMCX connectors and Hi-Res Audio certification.

The FiiO FH3 is a wired in-ear monitor built on a hybrid configuration. A 10 mm dynamic driver with a beryllium-plated diaphragm handles the bass, while two Knowles balanced armatures, the RAD-33518 for the treble and the ED-30262 for the midrange, cover the upper spectrum. Light and rigid, the beryllium diaphragm reacts quickly to transients for bass that stays dynamic and controlled.
The bass of the dynamic driver is put to work by the S.TURBO acoustic design patented by FiiO. Its longer, profiled sound tubes filter out unwanted high frequencies and lower the resonant frequency for deeper bass. The FH3 pairs this work with a physical and electronic three-way crossover, along with a 41.5 mm acoustic tube.
The shell of the FH3 is machined from an aerospace-grade aluminium and magnesium alloy, shaped by 5-axis CNC machining for tight tolerances. The rippled faceplate pattern carries over the design language of the FH series. Its shape, refined from morphological data, aims at a comfortable, lasting hold in the hollow of the ear.
The FH3 comes with a silver-plated monocrystalline copper cable made of four strands of 96 wires, terminated by a gold-plated 3.5 mm jack and detachable MMCX connectors. Cables can therefore be swapped, or the earphones taken wireless with the UTWS1 or LC-BT2 modules. Hi-Res Audio certified, the FH3 covers a response from 10 Hz to 40 kHz for a detailed presentation.
