The HE-R10D uses two 50 mm dynamic drivers with a topological structure developed by HiFiMan. Their nanoparticle coating gives a natural, detailed sound across the spectrum. Frequency response extends from 15 Hz to 35 kHz.
The earcups are made of solid wood and their large inner volume gives the driver room to breathe. The sound gains in power and space. Being closed, the cups isolate listening from outside noise.
The memory foam pads are wrapped in leather, with a highly breathable contact surface. Their ring-shaped inner surface absorbs sound and focuses it towards the ear. The headphones weigh 360 g.
The 1.5 m cable ends in a 3.5 mm jack and plugs into a 3.5 mm socket on each earcup. With 60 ohms and 103 dB sensitivity, the headphones work with a smartphone, a laptop or a hi-fi system.
