Compact MM phono stage

The MM-002 is a compact phono stage for moving-magnet cartridges. It amplifies the cartridge signal and applies RIAA equalisation, to connect a turntable to a plain line input.

Metal housing

The housing is metal, a stable build that shields a circuit working on millivolt-range voltages. Its small size lets it tuck behind the amplifier or under the turntable.

Makes a phono input optional

On an amplifier or active speakers with no phono input, the MM-002 restores the function. It is the most direct way to play a turntable with an MM cartridge on current electronics.

Black finish

The MM-002 comes in a black finish. It opens the Thorens phono stage range, below the MM-008, which also takes moving-coil cartridges.
