MM and MC phono stage

The MM-008 is a phono stage that takes moving-magnet (MM) as well as moving-coil (MC) cartridges. It amplifies the cartridge signal and applies RIAA equalisation before passing it to a line input.

Brushed aluminium front

The front panel is machined from brushed aluminium, in a silver finish. That build puts the MM-008 above the small entry-level boxes.

A phono input for any amplifier

Many current amplifiers and active speakers no longer have a phono input. The MM-008 restores it: the turntable connects here, and its output goes to any line input.

ADC version available

The MM-008 also comes as the MM-008 ADC, with an analogue-to-digital converter for digitising records to a computer. Both share the same amplification base.
