10 mm LCP Dynamic Driver

The FiiO JD1 TC is an entry-level wired in-ear headphone with a USB Type-C connector, the result of a collaboration between FiiO and JadeAudio. It features a 10 mm dynamic driver with a lightweight, rigid liquid crystal polymer (LCP) diaphragm, as well as asymmetrical internal and external magnetic circuits for rich bass, detailed highs, and excellent transients.

Built-in USB-C Decoding and Presets

Unlike the 3.5 mm jack-equipped JD1, the JD1 TC integrates a DSP decoding chip into its USB Type-C connector that supports high-resolution audio up to 96 kHz/24-bit. An in-line remote control with a microphone and five sound presets (Default, Bass, Treble, Voice, and Harman Reference) let you adjust the sound with a single press. The JD1 TC works plug-and-play with iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.

The JD1 TC’s front panel is made of die-cast zinc alloy and hand-polished for a refined finish and a premium feel rarely found at this price point. The durable aluminum alloy acoustic nozzle faithfully delivers every sound wave to your ear. Its ergonomic triangular shape and weight of 7 g per earbud ensure stability and comfort.

The JD1 TC features a detachable cable with 0.78 mm 2-pin connectors, terminating in a USB Type-C connector with an integrated DSP, approximately 1.2 m long. Certified Hi-Res Audio by the JAS and CEA, it covers a frequency response of 20 Hz to 40 kHz and utilizes a balanced front/rear pressure discharge for freer bass and a comfortable listening experience. Available in obsidian black.
