The Premier 620C v2 is designed for large home cinema installations, where the centre channel handles most of the dialogue. Its sealed cabinet measures 22.6 cm high, 104.1 cm wide and 34.8 cm deep including the grille, and weighs 21.8 kg. The sealed design makes it easy to place inside a cabinet.
The 152 mm coaxial AL-MAG midrange in the middle houses the 25 mm AL-MAC ceramic dome tweeter. It relies on the patented Dual-Sync Continuous Flux Motor and a 2-inch multi-layer voice coil on an Apical former. The tweeter benefits from an OSW waveguide and a PPA lens for clear, well-centred voices.
Two 177 mm Carbon-X woofers are backed by two Carbon-X passive radiators of the same size, all with Gen3 Active Ridge Technology and the Vertical Mounting System. This combination delivers deep bass while keeping the sealed design. Frequency response runs from 49 Hz to 23 kHz at ±3 dB on axis and extends to 33 Hz (DIN), with 2nd-order crossovers at 750 Hz and 1.7 kHz.
The supplied grille protects the front baffle and can be removed to leave the drivers on show. The Premier 620C v2 comes in lacquered Piano Black, Black Walnut and Walnut. With a room sensitivity of 93 dB, it works with amplifiers from 15 to 180 W that are compatible with 8 ohms, for a maximum input power of 120 W.
