The Coax Center 211 uses the C112+ coaxial ribbon that aligns tweeter and midrange at a single point. This architecture delivers a coherent, detailed rendering of voices. Dialogue gains presence and clarity, at the centre of the soundstage.
Two 160 mm UHQD bass drivers ensure remarkable speech intelligibility. Made by SEAS to PIEGA's specifications, they match the natural timbre of the Coax range. This three-way centre channel puts actors' voices in the foreground.
The one-piece extruded aluminium cabinet offers remarkable rigidity. The TIM2 module places the panels under controlled tension to neutralise resonances. Its low-profile shape, designed by Stephan Hürlemann, slides beneath a television.
The Coax Center 211 comes in silver aluminium, black anodised and white lacquer, plus eight Coax Excellence shades such as Blue Lagoon, Misty Green or Alpine Stone. Its 90 dB sensitivity and 4-ohm impedance suit amplifiers from 20 to 250 watts. It measures 62 x 21 x 31 cm for 21 kg.
