The mono quintet is a single mono circuit Moving cell with the two outputs are wired in phase, which cancels the vertical information and reduces the reading parasites on the mono furrows. It is suitable for mono 33 and 78 laps vinyls.
The MC generator of the mono quintet is spilled in pure silver wire (99.99%), chosen for its high conductivity and its tonal neutrality. The internal impedance of 5 Ω associates with a load of minimum 20 Ω.
The naked elliptical tip (8/18 μm) maintains contact with the furrow walls without intermediate housing. The recommended tracking force is 2.3 g (2.1-2.5 g range) for a 15 μm / mn compliance.
The output of 0.3 mV requires a phono ™ preamp in high gain. The 9 g white ABS / aluminum body respects the standard geometry of Quintet cells, compatible with conventional alignment systems.
