Bose Professional FS 2SE surface-mount loudspeaker, grille mounted

Full-range speaker 2.25 inches

A single 2.25-inch transducer covers the entire band from 95 Hz to 16 kHz at -3 dB. The absence of a passive crossover simplifies wiring and removes the crossover point: speech stays coherent off-axis. Nominal impedance is 16 Ω.

Certified EN 54-24 safety

The speaker is EN 54-24 certified, the European standard for emergency sound systems. It can carry building evacuation announcements, not just ambient music. Few speakers this size carry this certification.

Mounting bracket and cabinet rear

Compact 11.3 cm width

The cabinet measures 19.9 cm tall by 11.3 cm wide by 11.4 cm deep: the most discreet in the surface range. Its adjustable bracket ships pre-assembled and mounts with no visible fasteners.
