The 6.5-inch woofer and 1.25-inch tweeter share the same axis. Dispersion Alignment aligns the bass coverage to the tweeter's pattern, so tonal quality holds off-axis. Response spans 70 Hz to 20 kHz at -3 dB.
At 125° in both axes, the DM6SE narrows coverage compared to the 5 and 3-inch models in the range. This tighter pattern throws farther: 115 dB maximum for 125 W AES continuous at 8 Ω. On a deep terrace, it reaches the back without overdriving the front row.
Three transformer taps—20, 40, and 80 W—cover the practical 100 V line range. The bypass returns 8 Ω operation. The lowest tap begins at 20 W where smaller models start at 6 W: this cabinet is not designed for discreet background fill.
The speaker weighs 6.4 kg for 34 cm height and 22.2 cm width, bracket included. IP55 rating clears covered outdoor use. At this weight, fastening into solid structure matters as much as orientation.
