Metal vacuum arm

The sturdy, easy-to-use metal arm focuses all of the suction power directly onto the record surface. Paired with the new self-adhesive arm strip, it removes the fluid without leaving residue. The VC-E2 cleans a record completely in one to two rotations at 30 rpm.

Wet cleaning of the grooves

Dry brushing before play removes loose dust, but only wet cleaning really clears the grooves. The magnetic clamp shields the label from the fluid and speeds up set-up, with no screwing. Washing also removes the record's static charge.

Alcohol-free Wash it 2

The eco-friendly, alcohol-free Wash it 2 fluid preserves the musical micro-information that alcohol-based fluids can destroy. It comes pre-mixed, which avoids diluting it with unsuitable tap water. The machine ships with the brush, arm, adhesive strip, clamp, a 100 ml bottle and the power cable.

Compact aluminium cabinet

The 5 mm aluminium composite panels form a 310 x 266 x 210 mm cabinet weighing 6.5 kg, made in Europe. The 0.5-litre internal tank is easy to empty, and Wash it 2 partly evaporates inside it, so emptying is rarely needed. Pro-Ject recommends it for collections of 100 to 300 records; a 7-inch kit is available separately.
