Plinth and DB technology

The plinth combines a Tancast 8 foam core with DB technology and an upper ceramic brace. The RB3000 arm is installed as standard. With its dust cover, the turntable measures 420 × 115 × 350 mm for 4.7 kg.

Matched P10 power supply

The P10 power supply is bespoke-matched to the turntable and fits in a case of 218 × 80 × 320 mm for 3 kg. The diamond-cut ceramic oxide platter is driven by a Reference EBLT drive belt fitted as standard. The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects.

Nude diamond and boron

The Aphelion 2 brings together a boron rod as cantilever and a nude diamond of Fine Line profile. The generator rests on a miniature iron cross and 0.018 mm wire. The cartridge weighs 6 g and is set to 1.9 g of tracking force. It is supplied not pre-fitted to the arm.

Aura MC phono stage

The Aura MC is a three-stage preamplifier of fully balanced design. It accepts low-output moving coil cartridges, with five input loadings from 50 to 400 Ω and five capacitive loadings from 1000 to 5700 pF. Its response extends from 13.5 Hz to 100 kHz and its RIAA accuracy stays within 0.2 dB from 100 Hz to 50 kHz. The unit weighs 13 kg.
