The TITAN pairs a dual-laser source with a 0.78-inch DLP DMD chip for a 4K image of 3840 x 2160 pixels. It is rated at 5000 ISO lumens, measured in Film mode to ISO 21118, with a dynamic contrast of 5 000 000:1. The colour gamut covers 150% of the DCI-P3 space and handles Dolby Vision, HDR10+, IMAX Enhanced and Filmmaker mode.
The automated lens shift module, developed by XGIMI, moves the image by ±100% vertically and ±40% horizontally. It works at the same time as automatic focus and keystone correction. A ceiling installation can therefore be adjusted with a single command, with no manual touch-up after each shift. The 1.2 to 1.8:1 optical zoom covers a diagonal of 60 to 250 inches.
A 4K artificial intelligence processor, the first designed by XGIMI, reworks each image in real time for sharpness, contrast and colour. In high-precision mode, the typical factory colour deviation stays below a Delta E of 1, certified by SGS. The TITAN has no operating system: a player, console or streaming box connects to one of the two HDMI inputs, one of them eARC.
The rear brings together an RS232 port, a LAN socket and a wired remote input, enough to connect the TITAN to a central control system. 3D is supported in Full HD, a feature XGIMI describes as rare on projectors this bright. The 158 x 441 x 345 mm chassis weighs 11.5 kg, and its two 12 W speakers decode DTS-HD and Dolby Digital Plus at under 32 dB at 1 m.
