The HORIZON 20 Pro pushes the X-Master triple laser to 4100 ISO lumens, with a contrast of 20 000:1 when DBLE is active. That headroom is aimed at full-daylight sessions as much as at the evening film. The figure is measured to ISO 21118 in Performance mode, where the fan speeds up; the other brightness modes stay quieter for everyday use.
In game mode, with automatic keystone off, latency drops to 1 ms in 1080p at 240 Hz, 2.2 ms at 120 Hz and 3 ms in 4K at 60 Hz. VRR and ALLM sync the image to the console, whether a PS5, an Xbox or a Switch. Two HDMI inputs, one of them eARC to the amplifier or soundbar, and a USB 3.0 port complete the connections.
The MT9679 chip, backed by a Mali-G52 GPU and 4 GB of RAM, runs Google TV without an external box. Google Home is built in for voice control. STR quick start resumes from standby instead of rebooting the whole system. Over dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Google Cast mirrors the screen of a phone or tablet.
Lens shift, a first on an XGIMI home projector, moves the image by ±120% vertically and ±45% horizontally. Combined with the 1.2 to 1.5:1 optical zoom, it fits a 40 to 300-inch diagonal without digital scaling. With lens shift centred, the ISA 5.0 system handles focus, obstacle avoidance and wall colour adaptation, from 3000 to 15 000 K.
