5800 ISO lumens

The MALC 5.0 triple-laser engine delivers 5800 ISO lumens, enough to watch a film in a living room lit by daylight. The 4K picture passes through a 0.47-inch DMD chip and a lens JMGO rates as aerospace grade. Third-generation LSR speckle reduction removes the grain typical of laser sources.

3-in-1 optical system

Lens shift moves the picture by ±130% vertically and ±53% horizontally, with no digital correction and no loss of resolution. The 0.88 to 1.7:1 optical zoom sets the size from 40 to 300 inches without moving the unit. Beyond a ±16° offset, the motorised AI gimbal takes over across 360° horizontally and 150° vertically, and AI spatial memory recalls each position.

Colour and contrast

The palette covers 110% of the BT.2020 space and JMGO quotes a colour deviation ΔE below 0.7. FOFO contrast reaches 20,000:1 and dynamic contrast 3,000,000:1. AI Dynamic Black Level, dark detail enhancement and dynamic HDR tone mapping process every frame to keep texture in the shadows.

240 Hz gaming, Google TV

VRR follows the source from 48 to 240 Hz, latency drops below 1 ms and game picture modes adapt to the genre. Google TV 5.0 includes Netflix and opens access to more than 10,000 apps. Two 12.5 W speakers in a large chamber reach down to 35 Hz, and the HDMI 2.1 eARC port sends sound to a soundbar or an amplifier.
