Four headphone outputs

The Alto lines up four headphone outputs on the front: one 3.5 mm, one 4.4 mm pseudo-balanced and two 6.35 mm. Four pairs of headphones can therefore play at the same time. The amplifier itself is not of balanced design.

Speakers and connections

For speakers, the unit delivers 50 W into 4 ohms on a pair of banana sockets. It receives one pair of XLR inputs and one pair of RCA inputs, and passes on one XLR loop-out pair. The ULTIMA topology, with error correction by a double feed-forward loop, corrects the signal in real time.
