ESS9039PRO converter

The Conductor Voyager is built around the ESS9039PRO converter, the top chip from ESS Technology. Fully discrete I/V and LP output stages, tuned for this converter, extend it. It plays files up to 768 kHz and DSD512.

Class-A headphone amplifier

Ten watts in Class A

The headphone amplifier delivers 10 W over XLR and 5 W single-ended, in Class A. The dual mono architecture separates the two channels and widens the soundstage. The available current holds in-ear monitors as well as planar headphones.

Digital inputs and Bluetooth

Inputs and Bluetooth

Coaxial and optical Toslink inputs join the USB link and a microphone input for a headset. Bluetooth accepts the aptX, aptX HD and LDAC codecs. A remote handles volume, source and mute.

V7 opamps and Cool Case

Swappable V7 opamps

The Deluxe edition carries the discrete V7 Vivid Pro opamps, socketed to be swapped by hand. The Max Current supply keeps current in reserve for dynamic peaks. The Cool Case chassis dissipates heat without a fan.
