Triple cushioned base

The 60 mm curved base is carved in an Italian hard walnut according to the catenary curve, a geometry studied at the Renaissance by Michelangelo and Galilee. It is reinforced by a polished acrylic plate of 20 mm and a 3 mm stainless steel plate. The stack of these three materials improves the amortization and stability of the set.

The 45 mm tray is machined in a high density pOM and driven by rectified EPDM 70 Shore. His inertia regularizes the speed and drops the background noise at -80 dB. The SPLIT-SPDLE system locks the disc on the axis.
