The 60 mm curved base is carved in an Italian hard walnut according to the catenary curve, a geometry studied at the Renaissance by Michelangelo and Galilee. It is reinforced by a polished acrylic plate of 20 mm and a 3 mm stainless steel plate. The stack of these three materials improves the amortization and stability of the set.
The 45 mm tray is machined in a high density pOM and driven by rectified EPDM 70 Shore. His inertia regularizes the speed and drops the background noise at -80 dB. The SPLIT-SPDLE system locks the disc on the axis.
The 80 mm axis is carried out in a lightest rectified carbon steel available for a durable functioning fluidity. The bearing ring is bronze, associated with a 5 mm tungsten ball. The GOLD Note B-7 Ceramic arm comes from origin.
The proprietary control is based on a quadral-core microcontroller assisted by an audio converter, which rebuilds the alternative wave controlling the 12 V synchronous motor. The vibrations disappear while the torque increases. The block manages speeds 33⅓ and 45 turns as well as fine adjustment, with memorization of values.
