The CWM664 uses a 150 mm woven glass fibre bass/midrange driver. The cone holds its shape under load, which keeps the midrange in place.
The tweeter is a 25 mm soft dome. A three-position high-frequency switch tunes the top end to the room.
The speaker mounts flush into the partition. The grille takes the colour of the wall and nothing stands out from the plane.
