Ruthenium finish

This TRA 9 is ruthenium-treated, a metal of the platinum family. Transrotor lists it among the arm's materials alongside gold, chrome and anodising: it is a surface deposit, hard and dark. The other three finishes are matt black, black chrome, and black and gold.

Height, antiskating, length

Two screws set height by lifting the arm in parallel, leaving azimuth alone. Antiskating is magnetic, on a fine thread, with a central mark at 1.8 grams. The arm mounts in nine or twelve inches, 232.8 or 308.2 mm.
