Eight channels in 1U

The Guardian8 protects up to eight Amina invisible speakers from the AV rack, in a single 1U space, with rack ears supplied. Each channel is set by its own dip-switches to one of Amina's three tiers, 30, 50 or 75 W RMS into 4 Ω, starting from a 6.25 W factory setting. The signal path stays fully analogue; only the RMS and peak sensing is digital. Speakers connect to Phoenix terminals at the rear, and if the 5 V supply drops, every channel goes into protection.
