The most refined phono stage in its accessible price range. The 310LP lifts its predecessor's performance to a higher level.

A high-capacity power supply occupies a separate circuit board, with a toroidal transformer and two stages of voltage regulation. This separation keeps noise away from the audio stage. Electrolytic capacitors developed by the brand are used there.
The unit outputs both unbalanced on RCA and balanced on XLR. Output impedance is 50 ohms. The connection therefore adapts to the preamplifier in place, whatever its input.
Each integrated circuit in the audio path has its own DC filtering choke, over two stages. Signal-to-noise ratio reaches 110 dBr at 40 dB of gain. Crosstalk falls to -100 dB at 1 kHz.
Total harmonic distortion is limited to 0.001 % across the band, with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz within plus or minus 0.5 dB. Input overload accepts 58 millivolts RMS at 40 dB of gain. A compatible external power supply can take over.
