Nude Fine Line diamond

The Nd7 receives a nude diamond of Fine Line profile, whose narrow edge follows the groove over a greater height than an elliptical profile. Nominal tracking force is 1.75 g. The output voltage of 5 to 6 mV suits any moving magnet phono input.

Aluminium cantilever

The aluminium cantilever transmits the movement of the diamond to the generator. Rega pairs it with a neodymium magnet and miniaturised parallel coils. Every cartridge is hand-assembled in the brand's own workshops.

Rigid PPS body

The body is moulded in a rigid, light PPS, a choice that limits stray resonances passed to the generator. Rega's own three-point fixing gives repeatable alignment on the brand's arms. The yellow window makes the model recognisable at a glance.
