DALI MENUET bookshelf speaker in walnut, from the front, grille removed

A 250 mm Cabinet

The MENUET stands 250 mm tall, 150 mm wide and 230 mm deep, and weighs 4 kg. A 4.5-inch wood fibre bass-mid driver and a 28 mm soft dome cover 59 Hz to 25 kHz at plus or minus 3 dB. Maximum output is quoted at 105 dB at one metre.

28 mm Soft Dome

The 28 mm tweeter is oversized for a cabinet this small. Its light dome and strong motor give it quick starts and stops. The two-way crossover sits at 3,000 Hz and sensitivity is 86 dB for 2.83 V at one metre.

Four Ohms, 20 to 100 W

A 4 ohm nominal impedance asks for a stable amplifier, but the power window stays modest at 20 to 100 W. The bass reflex port fires to the rear and the speaker connects by single wire on one terminal pair.

The MENUET comes in black high gloss, white high gloss, walnut veneer and rosso veneer. A wall bracket is available as an option. The cabinet is made in Denmark.
