DALI KUPID compact bookshelf speaker, 4.5-inch woofer, 26 mm soft dome, five finishes.

The KUPID is 245 mm tall, 150 mm wide and 198 mm deep, and weighs 2.9 kg with its grille. A 4.5-inch bass-mid driver and a 26 mm soft dome cover 63 Hz to 25 kHz at plus or minus 3 dB. Rounded edges and bright colours make it an object rather than a device.
The 26 mm woven fabric soft dome takes over at 2100 Hz in a two-way crossover. The bass-mid diaphragm mixes paper and wood fibre. Sensitivity is 83 dB for 2.83 V at one metre and maximum output is quoted at 103 dB.
Two wall brackets and their screws are supplied, along with eight rubber feet and two front grilles. The speaker connects by single wire. The bass reflex port is tuned to 53 Hz and DALI recommends 2.5 to 60 cm from the rear wall.
It comes in black ash, caramel white, dark walnut, golden yellow and chilly blue. Nominal impedance is 4 ohms and the speaker asks for 40 to 120 W. It sits on a stand, on a shelf or on the wall.
