9‑channel Class AB home‑theater amplifier from the Arcam Radia series. 9 × 100 W, Auro‑3D, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, IMAX Enhanced, Zone 2 & 16‑channel decoding.

The AVA25 utilizes internally developed ARCAM Class AB amplification, an architecture renowned for its musical density and control over speakers with varying loads. Each channel delivers 100 W into 8 Ω in stereo or 125 W into 8 Ω with two channels driven, with 200 W available into 4 Ω — verified real-world figures across the full audio band from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. A toroidal linear power supply sized for 9 channels ensures stability under simultaneous dynamic peaks.
The AVA25 is one of the few devices to decode all four major current immersive formats on a single platform: Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, IMAX Enhanced, and Auro-3D. The latter adopts a pyramidal spatial approach different from the Atmos model, which proves particularly convincing with Auro-encoded music recordings. Decoding goes up to 16 channels simultaneously, supporting 7.1.4 or 9.1.2 configurations without an external module.
Three HDMI outputs are available: two for the main zone and one dedicated to Zone 2, allowing you to send a different video source to another room without additional HDMI cabling. The seven HDMI 2.1a inputs handle up to 8K/60 Hz or 4K/120 Hz with VRR, ALLM, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and eARC on output 1. A thoughtfully designed cabling solution for a clean and future-proof installation.
Dirac Live Room Correction is integrated, with optional upgrade to Dirac Live Bass Control and Active Room Treatment for coordinated low-frequency control across all speakers and subwoofers. For streaming, AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Qobuz Connect, and Roon Ready cover all use cases. The signal processing handles up to 24-bit / 192 kHz on all digital inputs.
