For heavy-platter turntables

The Power Box RS Uni 1-way TT was developed for turntables with heavy platters. Pro-Ject recommends it for the RPM 9 and 10, Signature 10 and 12 and Xtension 9, 10 and 12. It remains compatible with all other 15 V DC Pro-Ject turntables, but must not be used with the Phono Box RS.

Shielded toroidal transformer

The audio-grade toroidal transformer, with copper foil shielding between primary and secondary, acts as an isolating transformer. Its power reserve far exceeds that of a standard wall adapter. A soft-start system prevents inrush current in the primary winding.

3-ampere output

The output supplies 15 V and up to 3 A, with precise regulation of the secondary voltage. The 10,000 μF filtration capacity and ripple rejection better than 75 dB ensure clean power. The 3-pole connection cable to the turntable is included.

4.8 kg RS case

Mains input is through an IEC C15 socket at 230 V / 50 Hz. The case measures 20.1 cm wide, 7.2 cm high and 19.5 cm deep, and weighs 4.8 kg. It comes in silver or black.
