The heart of the set is the Debut EVO 2 turntable, Pro-Ject's most popular design. It has an 8.6-inch carbon-fibre arm with a massive aluminium bearing. Its high-output Pick it MM EVO cartridge, 7 mV, completes it.
The MaiA S3 is a low-noise micro hi-fi amplifier with streaming that delivers 2 x 23 W into 8 ohms. It accepts a subwoofer or an additional power amplifier and offers a 6.3 mm headphone socket. A remote control is included.
The two compact Speaker Box 5 S2 speakers combine a 25 mm silk-dome tweeter with a 130 mm fibreglass-cone driver. They deliver clear highs, full mids and tight bass. They are made entirely in Europe.
The set comes in satin and wood veneer finishes, matched across the turntable, the black amplifier and the speakers. Damp it feet isolate the speakers from the turntable when they stand on the same furniture. Two 3 m Connect it LS E speaker cables are included, so you only need to plug everything in.
