Designer Ross Lovegrove drew the LS LUXE a cabinet of continuous lines, with no edge and no sharp angle. This organic geometry is not merely aesthetic: it limits diffraction across the cabinet surface and damps internal standing waves. The finish comes in three shades: Eclipse Black, Mineral White and Dusk Titanium.
The 12th-generation Uni-Q coaxial driver places a vented 25 mm aluminium dome at the exact centre of a 165 mm aluminium cone. Both ways therefore radiate from a single point, which widens the optimal listening area beyond the centre seat alone. Behind the tweeter, Metamaterial Absorption Technology absorbs 99 % of the energy radiated backwards. The response spans 42 Hz to 28 kHz at ±3 dB and reaches 35 Hz at −6 dB.
Each way has its own amplifier stage: Class D for the woofer, Class AB for the tweeter. The amplifier works in current control rather than voltage control, which stabilises driver behaviour whatever its impedance. The Music Integrity Engine handles the crossover, phase alignment and protection, while VECO correction adjusts the response dynamically to the listening level. A dedicated RCA output allows a subwoofer to be added to each of the two speakers.
The primary speaker carries an HDMI eARC input, a TOSLINK optical input, a digital coaxial input, a 3.5 mm auxiliary input and two RJ45 Ethernet ports. The link between the two speakers runs wirelessly up to 96 kHz/24-bit, or over cable up to 192 kHz/24-bit. On the network side the LS LUXE supports AirPlay, Google Chromecast, UPnP, Bluetooth 5.7 and native Spotify, Tidal and Qobuz; Roon Ready certification is announced for 2027. The C3 aluminium remote offers backlit keys and a configurable favourite button.
