The D 3045 is designed for systems where space is short but sound matters, from the living room to the computer desk. Standing upright, it is only 7 cm wide and 23.5 cm tall. Its asynchronous USB input relies on the amplifier's precision clock rather than the computer's, with files up to 24-bit/384 kHz, MQA and DSD.
Its HybridDigital amplification delivers 60 W per channel into 4 and 8 ohms, with IHF dynamic power of 200 W into 2 ohms. The sound stays clear and composed as the volume rises, for music as well as TV. An MM phono stage takes a turntable directly.
Bluetooth aptX HD receives music from a phone or tablet, and can also send the other sources to Bluetooth headphones. Wired headphones plug into a low-impedance, high-current amplifier on the front. The infrared remote control completes everyday use.
The HDMI ARC input takes the sound from the TV, whose remote then controls the volume. Two optical inputs, one coaxial, one RCA line, one mini-jack line and a phono input complete the USB input. A pre-out for a subwoofer or external amplifier and a 12 V trigger input let the system grow.
