Three hundred watts per canal

The 861 delivers 300 watts per channel under 8 ohms and 600 watts per channel under 4 ohms. In monaural mode, the power reaches 800 watts on 8 ohms. The amortization factor of 900 is the highest of the North Collection.

MDCA amplification

The MDCA architecture reduces distortion without resorting to a global counter-reaction. The total harmonic distortion plus noise is limited to 0.001% to 300 watts. The signal-to-noise ratio reaches 119 dB.

Mass and dissipation

The device weighs 58 kilograms to shipping and measures 48.1 centimeters wide over 21 high and 60.9 depth. This mass serves mechanical stability and thermal dissipation. Both channels are constructed separately.

Switchable monaural mode

A selector switches the device in monaural operation to use it uniquely by speaker. The multicolored LED indicator informs on the start state. The MoonLink bond connects the device to the rest of the system.
