Power and amortization

The 641 delivers 125 watts per channel under 8 ohms and 250 watts per channel under 4 ohms. Its amortization factor of 700 ensures a firm grip on the grave speakers. The gain is 40 dB for input sensitivity between 300 mV and 6 volts.

Double mono architecture

The two channels are built separately inside the chassis. The crosstalk descends to -109 dB and the signal-to-noise ratio reaches 109 dB. Moon output transistors complete the North Collection MDCA architecture.

M-VOL3 gain control

The M-VOL3 volume adjustment is the third generation of the electronic gain control developed by the mark. It acts on the signal without introducing variable resistance into the audio path. The total harmonic distortion plus noise remains at 0.003% to 125 watts.

Color screen displaying the active source

Display and System Link

A 4.3-inch color graphic screen displays the source, level and mode in progress. The MoonLink bond synchronizes standby and controls between the moon devices in the system. The bandwidth extends from 2 Hz to 90 kHz.
