Correct listening height

The S2 floor stand is developed by KEF's engineering team in the United Kingdom for the LS50 Meta and LS50 Wireless II. Its height brings the driver to the ears of a seated listener, with nothing to shim or raise. The column stands 657 mm tall on a 226 by 308 mm base.

Five matched finishes

The five S2 colours follow the finishes of the LS50 Meta and the LS50 Wireless II system: carbon black, titanium grey and mineral white, joined by the Royal Blue Special Edition and the Crimson Red Special Edition. Speaker and stand then read as a single object. Each stand weighs 4.85 kg.

Top plate and cable routing

The top plate takes the speaker through a dedicated mounting system. Cable management is built into it: the speaker cable is hidden instead of running down the column. The slots and holes visible on the plate are the fixing points.

Spikes and floor discs

The base sits on four adjustable spikes that take up an uneven floor. Discs go between spike and floor to protect a wooden surface. The aluminium column accepts an inert filling, and the steel and aluminium pairing holds the whole assembly rigid.
