Bose Professional Veritas 2160BL mixer amplifier in rack

Twice 160 watts

The 2160BL outputs 2 × 160 W at 4 Ω, or 2 × 80 W at 8 Ω. It is the most powerful low-impedance model in the Veritas series: it powers two zones of wired speakers, typically an indoor space and an outdoor terrace.

Thirty speaker presets

Thirty presets cover the DesignMax, FreeSpace FS, EdgeMax, and ArenaMatch AMU ranges. Choosing the model from the screen applies the filtering and limiting calculated by Bose for that speaker—no external DSP to program.

Rear panel, Euroblock connectors and IEC input

Bluetooth and two zones

Bluetooth 5.0 is built in, as are RCA inputs that avoid wire stripping. The two zones are controlled from a wall-mounted ControlCenter or the ControlSpace Remote app, without accessing the rack.

The chassis is 48.3 cm wide by 4.4 cm tall and 32.4 cm deep, weighing 4.4 kg empty and 5.8 kg packed. Ventilation flows left to right: an adjacent unit can stack above with no air gap.
