Parallel shunt filter

Wired across live and neutral, the IsoPlug diverts differential-mode noise before it reaches your equipment. That noise comes from the switch-mode power supplies found in computers, fridge-freezers and microwave ovens. An indicator light confirms the filtering circuit is live.

Deployment around the home

A free wall socket beside the offending appliance is all it takes: filtering happens where the interference is generated, not at the end of the chain. On a power strip, the IsoPlug occupies the first outlet of the incoming supply, and a second unit lets you separate the analogue and digital sections. The 50 x 60 x 45 mm housing accepts 100 to 240 V and protects up to 27 000 A.
