A filter inside the cable

The Syncro is more than a cable: a machined aluminium cylinder 220 mm long and 63 in diameter houses the electronics that rebalance the sine wave on the zero-volt line, silencing transformer hum. The cable itself is silver-plated OCC copper, three 3 mm² conductors with square strands, FEP insulated, rated 30 A, 12.5 mm outer diameter.
