DALI EPIKORE 7 floorstanding speaker, EVO-K hybrid tweeter module and two 7-inch woofers, 3.5-way crossover. Sold individually, four finishes.

The EPIKORE 7 splits the spectrum across crossover points at 800, 2500 and 12500 Hz. The two 7-inch woofers share the bottom, one of them carries on into the midrange, and the tweeter module takes over. Response reaches down to 35 Hz at plus or minus 3 dB for a 1120 mm cabinet.
The 35 mm soft dome and the 55 x 10 mm planar element form the hybrid module taken from the KORE. The planar comes in at 12.5 kHz and runs to 34 kHz. On a well-captured recording that is the region carrying the room's reverberation rather than the notes themselves.
At 88 dB sensitivity and a 6 ohm nominal impedance, the EPIKORE 7 takes 40 to 400 W and reaches 110 dB at one metre. It stays easy to drive, but it rewards an amplifier that holds the load in the bass. Each speaker weighs 40.5 kg.
Real wood veneer and piano lacquer, assembled by DALI in Denmark, with a structure built to stay inert. Magnetic spike feet come per pair, along with the terminal jumpers. Four finishes: black, white, walnut and maroon, with the Shadow Black grille.
