RUBIKORE 6 in a living room

Two 6.5-inch Woofers

The RUBIKORE 6 lines up two 6.5-inch Clarity Cone bass/mid drivers on a 990 mm floorstander. The two-and-a-half-way crossover has both working in the bass and only one carrying into the midrange, which lightens the top of the band. Response covers 38 Hz to 34 kHz at plus or minus 3 dB.

Hybrid tweeter module, dome and ribbon

Hybrid Tweeter Module

A ferrofluid-free 29 mm soft dome and a 17 x 45 mm flat ribbon share the top of the band, on the principle of the KORE's hybrid module. The ribbon comes in at 14000 Hz and carries response up to 34 kHz.

Three Crossover Points

The crossover acts at 800, 2600 and 14000 Hz. It uses Mundorf capacitors and SMC-KORE inductors, which lower losses in the circuit. Sensitivity is 88.5 dB, nominal impedance 4 ohms and maximum output 110 dB at one metre.

A Metre of Cabinet

The cabinet measures 990 x 200 x 380 mm and weighs 23 kg with its grille. DALI advises 20 to 180 cm from the rear wall. Power handling runs from 40 to 200 W.
