Q Acoustics 3090c centre speaker, with two 101 mm C3 midbass drivers and a sealed 22 mm tweeter. Its response extends from 68 Hz to 30 kHz (-6 dB).

The two 101 mm midbass drivers use the C3 profile, a continuous-curve cone. It keeps the bass stiffness of a straight cone and the midrange control of a flared cone. Large magnets coupled to the voice coils tighten the bass and limit distortion. The response extends from 68 Hz to 30 kHz (-6 dB).
The 22 mm tweeter is hermetically sealed and suspended clear of the baffle. Neither the internal cabinet pressure nor the neighbouring midbass driver makes it vibrate. Its chamber is vented to lower distortion, and the crossover hands it the signal from 2.9 kHz.
A point to point brace supports the areas of the cabinet that need it and limits coloration. The usable volume is 6.8 L. At the rear, two ports flank the binding posts. The nominal impedance is 6 Ω, for a sensitivity of 92 dB (2.83 V, 1 m).
The 3090c comes in Satin Black, Satin White, Claro Walnut and Pin Oak, that is two wood finishes, one dark and one light. A single-piece trim ring surrounds the drivers, in satin nickel, or satin chrome on the white model. The speaker measures 159 × 430 × 216 mm and weighs 6.5 kg, with its grille and a foam plug in the box.
