Fourteen Inches of Aluminium

The SUB K-14 F is built around a 14-inch long-stroke aluminium cone driver. Diameter and excursion do the work instead of sheer level: response reaches down to 29 Hz at plus or minus 3 dB and maximum output is 115 dB at one metre.

500 W Class D Amplifier

The power stage delivers 500 W RMS at peak and 450 W continuous to the IEC standard. Maximum consumption is 650 W. The cabinet is a bass reflex design tuned to 34 Hz, made to stand on the floor against a wall or in a corner.

Connection and Settings

Two low-pass filtered stereo RCA inputs and one mono LFE input take either a preamplifier output or a home cinema subwoofer output. The variable low-pass filter sets from 40 to 120 Hz and input impedance is 10 kilohms.

Solid Aluminium Base

The subwoofer rests on a solid aluminium base that decouples it from the floor and stops the cabinet walking under bass energy. Overall 448 x 396 x 428 mm for 26.4 kg.
