Downward radiation

Rather than on the front baffle, the driver is mounted vertically and radiates towards the floor over 360 degrees. Cabasse draws a practical consequence: distance to walls becomes less critical. A subwoofer you can slide against a partition or between two units fits a real living room, not one drawn by an architect. The satellites and their stands visible in the picture are not sold with this subwoofer.
