Aurender N50 audiophile network server and transport. Its three chassis separate the server, the power supply and the audio section.

The server, the power supply and the audio section each occupy their own machined aluminium box. That separation moves the supplies away from the playback circuits. The set comes to 47.7 kg.
The gigabit Ethernet module is galvanically isolated seven times over before reaching the playback board. An uninterruptible supply with supercapacitors protects the unit against an abrupt mains cut. Two 80 W blocks feed the processor and the digital output board respectively.
Two AES/EBU outputs, one BNC coaxial and one dedicated audio USB allow an external DAC to be connected. All of them are paced by the OCXO clock. A 75-ohm BNC input accepts an outside reference clock.
The USB output accepts PCM streams up to 768 kHz at 32 bits and DSD1024 natively. Two 2.5-inch bays take the library, completed by a 480 GB NVMe drive for the system and the caching. MQA Core decoding is available as an option.
